Production line definition

Production line and assembly line

The types of production lines are divided into production lines and parts production lines according to the size of the range. Production line classification

Plug-in production line :

Roller production line

Belt production line

Features: The products carried are lighter and have fewer shape restrictions; and the production line runs synchronously, which can realize the product's climbing and turning; with the belt as the carrier and conveying, the smooth conveying of the product can be realized, the noise is small; the light material or the product can be realized longer. Distance transport.

Double speed chain conveyor production line

Features: The differential conveying line is pulled by double speed chain, the tooling board can be freely transported, and the workpiece is freely moved or stopped by the position of the stopper. The workpiece can be automatically raised and traversed at both ends. It is also possible to install a rotating ( 90 degree, 180 degree...), special machine, testing equipment, robot and other devices on the line body or next to the line body.
