I. Impregnation bonding method

The impregnation method is the earliest and most widely used method in chemical bonding, also known as full impregnation or saturated impregnation , which is developed from the traditional saturated dyeing process.

Basic process flow:

The web is fed with a binder dip tank, through a pair of rollers or pipetting device to remove excess binder and then drying the fiber network by means becomes cured after impregnation to obtain the nonwoven material.

According to the rolling liquid and the liquid absorption method, it can be divided into the padding type , the liquid absorption type and the liquid absorption - rolling liquid combination type , and can be divided into the single mesh curtain and the double mesh curtain according to the mesh curtain form.

Features: Hard to handle, suitable for lining.
